For the safety of our guests, a keycard is required to access the guest room floors.

Vending Machines selling both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are located in the elevator halls on floors 4 through 13. A cigarette vending machine is available in the 3rd floor lobby. (A special pass called a Taspo is required to use this machine.)

An ice machine is located on the 3rd floor. Paper cups are also provided free of charge.

Please feel free to use the trouser presses located in the elevator halls on floors 4 through 13.

Enjoy your choice of over 100 movie titles for one day using Video On Demand. Purchase a VOD card from the VOD vending machines located in the elevator hall on each guest room floor to use the service. 1 card costs 1,000 yen.

Parcel delivery service is available at the front desk, located on the 3rd floor of the hotel, 24 hours a day. Cardboard boxes are also available.

In response to your requests, we have installed a coin laundry within the hotel.
You can use it for ¥400 per wash and ¥100 for 30 minutes to dry.
If you download the dedicated app, you can also make payments using various QR codes.
